Start now by sending at least 30 fund-raising letters. We will send you support letters to get you started as well as many Fund-Raising Ideas.

Fund-raising Brochures or Letters You should receive an acceptance pack with 30 support letters with donation coupon to send to each of your potential donors.

Your donors will then be able to send their donations directly to Youth Quests or to you and with the donation coupon enclosed, this will ensure that the donations will be applied to your mission trip account. Please note that your name should NOT appear anywhere on donation checks.

Sending in Your Donations If your donors send their donations directly to you, fill out a Donation Coupon and include it when you send your donations to Youth Quests.

Ticketing Deadline (refer to the ticketing deadline page for your specific deadline.) The date of your specific ticketing deadline literally marks the point of no return. Half of the total trip cost is due to Youth Quests by this deadline so we can purchase your international plane ticket (and / or other transportation).
