6.  MEET YOUR FUND RAISING DEADLINES

In order for Youth Quests to purchase your international airline ticket and make your travel arrangements, at least 50% of the total trip cost, unless otherwise specified, must be turned in by your Ticketing Deadline (amount required may vary by trip, check with the Youth Quests office). Trips are filled on a first come first serve basis and your place cannot be reserved until we receive at least 50% of your total trip price and a Youth Quests' staff member or a representitive of Youth Quests has completed a ticketing disclaimer form with you over the phone or in person. Remember it is your responsibility to confirm that your funds have arrived and to complete your disclaimer by phone. This will ensure your spot on the trip.

You should contact a Youth Quests' Staff member prior to your ticketing deadline. You will also be required to raise the full amount of your trip cost prior to your trip start date.
